First of all I want to greet everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! I don’t post much but I try every once in a while.

2009 has been a really bad year for me and I think almost everyone. So many things happened, both bad and good. But we all know that the bad things will always haunt every one of us. I didn’t get to write down my Xmas wish list like I always did in the past Christmases. I’m not sure anymore what I want. Though I’m really thankful for all the wonderful gifts (big and small) that I’ve received. If I didn’t get lazy, I would post the pictures here. Kekeke I will just update this post later on.

Stuffs that I’ve received from friends and family:
- Kimmi Doll keychain.
- A new belt.
- New underwear FTW.
- Chocolates from M&S.
- A really cool pen with my name engraved on it.
- A choco cookie(?) cellphone strap.
- New Creative in-ear earphones.
- A new laptop. (the best gift of all <3)
- A small white board I bought for me.

I really didn’t expect these kinds of wonderful gifts. Especially the laptop. I told myself that I won’t pester my mom for the laptop anymore since I’ve decided to earn for it myself. But voila! It’s not the brand that I’ve been wanting but nonetheless, IT IS A LAPTOP. Now, what I want to do is pimp my laptop! That, I can do with my own money.

Stuff I wanna do for my laptop:
- Buy a cool sleeve.
- Buy a cool looking mouse.
- Buy a Gelaskin for it’s cover. I want it a bit more personalized.
- Organize stuff. Install stuff. (geek mode)
- Buy bigger ram for it.

Dear man from the future,

I’ve been listening to a song by 8eight which is “Without A Heart”. I’ve been listening to it for 3 days already. I don’t know why but a while ago, tears are suddenly falling from my eyes nonstop while listening to it. It’s so weird.

I have a cold now. My head really hurts. And my cheeks. And my gums.  I hope this goes away by Monday.

I’m trying to be productive… but still…  I’m in a serious slump. Where do slumps come from anyway?

Lol. I found these interesting ‘Laws’ here – The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene and Joost Elffers. I’m gonna repost some of the laws that stands out for me.

Law 1: “Never Outshine the Master”

Always make those above you feel comfortably superior.  In your desire to please or impress them, do not go too far in displaying your talents or you might accomplish the opposite – inspire fear and insecurity.  Make your masters appear more brilliant than they are and you will attain the heights of power.

Makes perfect sense. LOL. If you try to impress them too much they might feel threatened and get rid of you. So if I were you, be careful of your actions.
